Why Every Service Business Needs a Mobile-First Workflow
A technician's workday happens in a truck, on a driveway, inside a customer's basement — almost never at a desk. Yet a lot of service businesses still run on tools designed around a desktop screen: paperwork that gets filled out on-site and entered into a computer later, or software that's technically "mobile accessible" but clearly built for a mouse and a big monitor first.
