This Privacy Policy explains how Fluxora ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ServiQ mobile application (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and password when you register. Business information: your business name, logo, address, website, tax number, and the categories of services you offer. Customer and job data: information you choose to enter about your own customers, jobs, services, pricing, invoices, estimates, payments, and expenses. Photos: images you upload, such as a business logo or expense receipts, using your device's camera or photo library. Subscription information: your subscription plan and status. Payment details, such as card numbers, are handled entirely by Google — we never see or store your payment card information. Device and usage information: basic technical information such as app version and device type, used for troubleshooting and improving the Service. Push notification token: used to send you notifications about your jobs, invoices, and account, if you allow notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information To provide, operate, and maintain the Service. To process your subscription and verify purchases with Google. To send you notifications you have opted into. To respond to your support requests. To improve the Service and develop new features. To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse.
3. Our Legal Basis for Processing (EU/EEA/UK Users) If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") or UK GDPR: performance of a contract, to provide the Service you signed up for; our legitimate interests, such as securing, maintaining, and improving the Service; compliance with a legal obligation; and, where applicable, your consent, such as for optional push notifications, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. How We Share Your Information We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances: with Google, to process subscription payments and verify purchases; with cloud hosting and storage providers who store the Service's data on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations; if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fluxora, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy continuing to apply to your information.
5. Your Customers' Data If you use ServiQ to store information about your own customers, you are the data controller for that information, and we act only as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store that information and for responding to any requests from your customers regarding their data.
6. Data Retention We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
7. Data Security We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights You may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, depending on where you live. You can update most of your information directly within the app, or contact us to request deletion of your account and associated data.
If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you specifically have the right, under the GDPR or UK GDPR, to: request access to the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request erasure of your personal data, subject to certain legal exceptions; request that we restrict how we use your data in certain circumstances; receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format; object to our processing of your data based on legitimate interests; and withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe we have not complied with applicable data protection law.
9. Children's Privacy ServiQ is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Data Transfers Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, where our cloud hosting providers operate. Where we transfer personal data of users in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom to a country that has not been deemed to provide an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent mechanisms, to protect your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge this transfer and processing.
11. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means.
