Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-07-05
Effective Date: July 5, 2026
Welcome to ServiQ, a field service management application operated by Fluxora ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ServiQ mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ServiQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Description of Service ServiQ helps service-based businesses manage jobs, customers, services, pricing, invoices, estimates, payments, and expenses, and view reports on their business performance. Features and availability may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Your Business Data and Customer Data You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any data you enter into ServiQ, including information about your own customers. If you store personal information about your customers in the app, you are responsible for having the right to collect and use that information and for complying with any data protection laws that apply to your relationship with your customers. We act only as a service provider processing that data on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions and Billing Certain features of ServiQ require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. We do not process cancellations or refunds directly — all subscription billing is handled by Google under its own terms and refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others; or (e) use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
6. Intellectual Property The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Fluxora and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Third-Party Services and Links The Service may link to third-party content, such as YouTube videos, or rely on third-party services, such as Google and cloud storage providers, to operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
8. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important business records.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluxora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
10. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive termination.
11. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. EU, EEA, and UK Consumers If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer right that cannot be waived under the law of your country of residence. Because paid subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Google Play Store, Google acts as the seller of record for your purchase in most jurisdictions, and its own consumer terms, billing rules, and refund or withdrawal policies apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms — refund requests should generally be directed to Google. Where applicable law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal for a digital subscription, you acknowledge that this right may be lost once performance of the subscription has begun with your explicit consent, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Contact Us If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at fluxoraapps@gmail.com.
