How does ServiQ work?+

ServiQ is a mobile app for field service businesses. You create jobs, assign them to a schedule, track them through to completion, and send invoices — all from your phone. Everything syncs to your account automatically.

Can I use ServiQ alone, or do I need a team?+

ServiQ works great for solo operators managing their entire business from their phone, as well as small teams. There’s no minimum team size required.

Can I manage multiple businesses with one account?+

Each ServiQ account is set up for a single business profile — its own logo, customers, jobs, and invoices. If you run more than one business, we recommend a separate account for each.

How are subscriptions billed?+

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and renew automatically for the plan you choose (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) until you cancel.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account’s subscription settings, and you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We never sell your data, and you’re always in control of your customers’ information.

Which countries are supported?+

ServiQ supports businesses in the United States and beyond, with configurable currency, timezone, and tax settings for your business profile.

Can I add custom services and pricing?+

Yes. Beyond the default service categories, you can add your own custom services with fixed, hourly, or quote-based pricing.

Do I need a website or separate software to send invoices?+

No — ServiQ generates professional, branded PDF invoices with your business logo built in, and emails them to your customers directly from the app.
